We chose Sai Eswari Catering for our daughter’s wedding with nearly 1000 guests, and they handled it flawlessly. For our son’s wedding of around 500 people, Sai Eswari Catering exceeded all expectations. The team arrived well in advance, set up the counters beautifully and coordinated timings perfectly with our other vendors. The South Indian dishes were the highlight of the event, soft idlis, crispy vadas, flavourful kurmas and biryani, and a superb payasam that everyone spoke about even after the function. Portions were generous, food was served hot till the very end, and they were very considerate with elders and children. What we appreciated most was their calm attitude and ‘we will take care’ approach, which allowed our family to enjoy the wedding instead of worrying about arrangements.
